Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Floating keychains are supplied as buoyancy aids for key recovery only; they are not life-saving appliances, are not personal flotation devices, are not certified to any personal-flotation standard, and are not rated to support any load other than keys and small fittings as stated on the quotation. Buoyancy figures are expressed as a payload in grams representing the mass of attached keys and fittings the float is expected to support at the surface under still-water conditions, are determined by the float’s displacement less the mass of the complete assembly including any wrist coil, clip, lanyard or tool specified, and are given as practical guidance rather than as warranted performance figures; water conditions, water density, fouling, wear and subsequent additions to the key ring by the customer will alter the figure achieved in use. Closed-cell foam bodies are supplied as non-absorbent; sealed hollow bodies are supplied with the wall thickness and seam construction stated on the quotation and it is stated in writing that puncture of the wall or failure of the seam will cause the body to flood and to lose buoyancy without prior visible indication; natural cork bodies, whether sealed or unsealed, are subject to progressive water absorption and to a consequent reduction in payload over the service life, this being a characteristic of the material and stated prior to order rather than treated as a defect. Fluorescent colours are supplied from a fixed range and are not matched to arbitrary colour references; retro-reflective materials are effective only when illuminated by an external light source and are not represented as providing daylight conspicuity.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
