What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 keychains, with bulk tiers as quantities grow. Wrist-coil and tool assemblies carry the same minimum.

How fast will my floating keychains arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and keychains ship in about 2 weeks. Moulded and in-mould decorated builds are made to order rather than pulled from stock, so you get a real date before you commit.

How much weight will a floating keychain hold?

Accepted Answer

That is the only question worth asking, and it is the one we answer in grams on every quote. Net buoyancy is the float’s displacement minus everything hanging off the ring, so tell us what goes on it — a house key, a car fob, an opener — and we will size the float to that, not to a photograph.

Why did my last floating keychain sink?

Almost always because it was specified as a bare fob and carried as a loaded assembly. A modern car fob alone will sink most promotional floats. The other cause is an open-cell foam or unsealed cork body that took on water across a season until its payload fell below the keys it was holding.

Foam or a sealed hollow body?

Accepted Answer

Foam for anything living in a pocket with keys: it cannot fail suddenly, because there is nothing to puncture. A sealed hollow body where the keys are genuinely heavy and you need more lift for the same size — accepting that a puncture or seam failure turns it into a sinker with no warning.

Does cork really stop floating?

Unsealed cork absorbs water gradually and its payload falls across a season of real use. Sealing slows it a great deal. For daily commercial use we usually put a cork facing on a closed-cell core, which keeps the material people want and removes the problem.

Can you match our exact brand colours?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on printed and moulded builds alike, and we hold the colour build on your account so a reorder is the same colour rather than approximately the same colour. Fluorescent colours are a fixed range and cannot be matched to an arbitrary reference — we will show you the real options.

Are these safety devices?

Accepted Answer

No, and this matters. A floating keychain is a key-recovery aid and nothing else. It is not a life-saving appliance, not a personal flotation device, and it is never rated to support anything but keys. If you need certified flotation for people, that is a completely different product and a different supplier.
